2. I was closing Numbakulla to any but the project group, when I was booted or crashed out of SL. I can't get back in as it says the grid is closed for maintenance except for Linden employees. It lies though, as there are 2500 people in world, including Lewis Nerd who confirms he is in there currently.

Linden Lab have deleted/locked/hidden Cristiano's thread on the forums, so the links in Aimee's article don't work. I have to ask if it is entirely in the interests of the other residents to post such things *anyway* as they could so easily be used by griefers. I don't know - I am ambivalent about it. Knowing there is a bug quickly allows landowners to protect their sims from it; publicising the bug makes it more likely people will find out about it and possible use it.

Deleting the thread, closing the grid to new logins and yet allowing people to stay in world just seems bonkers to me, lol. I can't understand why it hasn't been closed down until fixed, if the bug is as serious as reported.

3. As I write this, the grid is going down within mere minutes for an update; Karen Linden made a broadcast announcement. Meanwhile, the Spira Enterprises club complex has been locked down until the exploit is remedied.
