ZeroG Skydance - Thumbs Up

I got to witness a typical day for a few ethereal fairies as they command the shimmering light in their haunting dance through a nebula they call home. Whoa, did I say typical? Nothing typical here folks.

ZeroG SkyDancers is the name of this acrobatic performance by DC Spensley (known as DanCoyote Antonelli in Second Life). This passionate work fills your senses with beautiful light and music (by Mic Mahoney) as it carries you into an awe inspiring world somewhere between Cirque Du Soleil, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, and a your own dreams. The music streamed on cue is haunting, but it's not all pre-recorded as the surroundings will react to the motion of the dancers by adding their own score!

As is the case with most performance art, the plot lies in our perceptions. To me the tale was a love story between beautiful entities (played by Anhinga Chaika, Deborah Strangelove, and Kokoro Fasching) as they dance through their complex courtship and discover their world together ... and discover the audience.

Sadly, this was the final showing. However! I was assured there will be more in the future, so keep your eyes here or check out the Brilliant sim for performance dates!
