NBC Football is putting on a game tonight between the Cowboys and the Eagles. It should be a good game, and more importantly it is kicking off a new weekly NBC event in Second Life. Tonight starting at 2 PM SLT the NBC Sports headquarters on Second City 3 will host the game in world with the help of the Electric Sheep Company.
The pregame festivities will give you a chance to discuss the match up with other interested parties. Stay around during the game and get a chance to play arm chair quarterback with a game of "Guess the Play." If you're good enough you could win L$25,000 at halftime and another L$25,000 in the end. Tonight is a beta test of this soon to be weekly in world event.
1. I competed in the NBC "Guess the Play" game and won both halves. It was a fun experience, but I think only 10 SL'ers played ...:(. Hopefully, it will return next NFL season with improvements in gameplay.
