I've gotten an alt, relatively recently (Virtual world slang - alt: Alternate account). I use her for
photography work primarily. Taking photos,
posing for comics and so forth. I never used her for attending meetings, interacting with other residents, posting comments or on forums, or anything else like that. Things go a whole lot faster when the other person you are posing is yourself -- after all, you know exactly what you want to achieve.
Do you have one or more alts? What do you use them for? Privacy, land and financial holding account, protecting your reputation from your more dubious recreational activities, or something else?
21. This may sound like a dumb question . . but does your Alt have access to your primes Avi's inventory ?
