Wonkette absolutely trashed the Second Life protest against the War in Iraq held Monday. While calling the event "ineffectual and embarrassing" Wonkette went further and insulted the entire concept of Second Life, calling it, "The sick and unhealthy online fantasy world of Second Life."
The overly harsh take on the subject ends with, "We stopped watching half-way through - who gave a better speech, Jesse Jackson or Lawnmower Man?" While that line was pretty funny, I think we have a good target for the next Second Life Protest.
