SLBounty is one of those things that I'm looking at and saying "Why didn't I think of that first?" in tones of utmost respect.
The idea is simple. You register in-world (currently only at Colonia Nova, although there is a database backend which suggests other registration points may appear) and you can post your jobs, and apply for them, including tools that will let you ask for extra questions of the person who posted the job. Job details, from a cursory inspection seem to be well thought through, and this should provide an excellent resource when random new residents ask "How can I make money without buying any?"
My only complaint? It's pretty slow, something that will probably get worse if it gets to be as well used as I think it deserves to be.

1. Eloise,
Thank you for mentioning SLBounty and the favourable review.
As to the slowness. The age old development problem of it loads pretty quickly on my machine makes it difficult to check this. We'll need to investigate this and see what we can improve :-)
