Semper International have previously specialised in graphical art and print works, they are taking this opportunity to move into video games and virtual reality content. It appears that, more and more, companies are moving into Second Life and a company like this working in a creative and cooperative discipline is finding a fertile recruiting ground in SL for a variety of their existing markets as well as a good source of recruits that lets them move into a new market.
