Geeks = Love. This will be written on my tombstone (if they ever find my body). The reason I mention this is because the Geek Squad is coming to SL. Best Buy owns the Geek Squad service, where technical support arrives in the form of Men-In-Black styled uniforms. The article mentions that they will keep 'regular office hours': 6 p.m. to 3 a.m. EDT, seven days a week. Where is that considered regular office hours?
At any rate, one need not belong to any sort of Best Buy plan to receive free tech support from Geek Squad. Someday, the Geek shall inherit the Earth; with these guys' help, it might even still be worth something when they do.
