1. I looked up a lot of places and this seems to be as good a spot as any to post this comment -- business and money all seemed to lead back here. So ----
For those of us that are actually working a business in SL with the intention to support ourselves in RL, I believe it is important to know that Linden Labs is currently not doing payouts in ANY kind of timely manner. It has been ten days, many phone calls and MANY emails and still do not have money at PayPal. It is ofcourse not in my SL account either.
Since I always assumed that when I wanted SL currencey turned into RL money so I could use it -- I could, I am both dismayed and upset. And definitely questioning the ability of LL to pay at this point. So for all the other business owners that may have been expanding and not taking a paycheck. You might want to check this out before expanding any further.
I am definitely rethinking my positioin on all of this. With much invested, the question is -- can you actually get it out? Under a month anyway LOL. Will see.
