Just after noon SLT (Pacific) Search > Places went offline, as did searching for regions by name on the map. Teleportation ceased to function shortly after. Prim parameters of edited objects seem to be occasionally changing or reverting randomly. Grid population at the start of the problems was just over 35,000 though this began to fall about ten minutes after the problem began.There is, at present, no word from Linden Lab either inworld or on the blog about the problems, their duration or that they are aware of them yet.
[Update (12:45pm): The problems are easing, and concurrency is beginning to rise again]
[Update (2:20pm): The map and region searches have failed again in an uncertain number of simulators. Search > Places still appears to be running. Teleportation by landmarks still works in affected simulators.]
