If you're going to con or scam someone, the best targets are the greedy and dishonest. People whose moral compass is askew enough to try to grab someone else's lottery winnings in error, or help you move a few million dollars illegally out of Nigeria for a cut. People whose greed and dishonesty at least slightly outweigh their common sense. Our latest scams are created by Rokkah Congrejo, who has created at least three new objects for sale at L$300 each and is placing them around SL. One purports to allow you to log other people's Instant Messages, another to allow you to copy other people's inventory (including no-copy items) and the third to get 50% more prims on your land for free.
Of course, nobody here would be silly enough to fall for this bunk, now, would we? Congrejo's obviously banking on people being greedy, dishonest idiots. We don't know any of those, do we?

1. Ahh such a shame that people do fall for it anyway. :/
Even if someone is successful in RL, merely played SL for one month... would fall for it. The more common traps it happens, the less likely you fall in again. Thus getting the bigger picture of what's in SL and RL business worlds.
Gladly, I haven't made any mistakes because I don't pay with real money. I only can lose what I gain, so what's the difference between not gainning anything anyway? ;)
