What do sim Albion, ABC Island and Camp Kawabata have in common? They all lost approximately half (or at least that is the term people are using) of their content suddenly in the last several days.

Mars Japanese Gardens in Albion, as they look today.
In Albion, most of the builds are missing, and some are just remnants. Some walls and furniture standing with other structures absent. The content vanished on or about the 19th, and is not replaceable. It features the famous Mars Japanese Gardens which we featured previously.
When Camp Kawabata booted after the rolling restart on the 22nd, half the prims and content was missing, requiring a restart.
ABC Island was reported to be vandalism by persons unknown on the 21st, but there seems to be a pattern emerging here. Without any evidence of an actual griefing, could it not be the same content loss that has affected other locations?
Some of the affected parcels were parcels where objects could not intrude, so even large-scale griefing does not explain the content loss. Camp Kawabata and ABC Island have been restored by rolling back to a previous database snapshot, but Albion is a mainland sim, and thus would not normally be a candidate for a rollback. The damage to the sim is extensive however, with little content remaining.
Kei Mars has a support ticket in, and you can read what she has to say about it here. We will keep an eye on what happens with Albion (along with its angry residents) and provide updates.
[UPDATE: 8:30pm - Albion's missing content has been restored by Linden Lab]

1. Was present when the Lindens came down to take a closer look in world at the issue. This is pretty serious as failures in service go. Hopefully whatever kink caused this issue gets knocked into place during downtimes today.
