The business park, named Blue Horizon, is meant to defray the initial and ongoing startup costs a company would otherwise need to pay to get a presence in SL. According to the press release, full-time staff include concierge and maintenance support, as well as a marketing adviser who will help companies utilize their time and resources for maximum benefit. This is a great benefit for new-to-SL companies, as it makes the investment a little easier to manage, but I wonder if LL will take kindly to this? They potentially lose money on companies coming in who don't buy an island of their own. Let's sit back and watch the fun!
By the way, NBH? Good thinking on the sign: 'No slavery' indeed. Some business models are just outdated!

1. Thanks for the mention. On your point about LL's attitude, we think they should be very happy since many of those companies talking to us say that they were initially put off coming in to SL because of the quoted cost of having flashy builds done, but now they can come in and sample what is available and upgrade to their own island or bigger project when they are ready.
