2. I'm wondering what percentage of users who will be shopping this weekend will try to buy in world, see the issue, say "oh well", and log off without even looking at the blog.

LOL, how I love them. For me LindeX was out via in-world *and* web site for over 7 day. I'm glad I don't have to pay rent or tiers or something, because I helped out friends with the same problem and practically gave them all my L-cash.

4. utter and complete bollox -- the official blawg says to buy Lindens on the website, went there, and now my account details are borked. I've never been so dispirited by SL :(

6. There is some movement on LindeX - it's hard to be sure precisely what, but the amounts for sale at the top two prices for sale have changed. This could all be people removing their L$ for sale as they pay their tier in other ways, or sell privately or similar.

Seeing kz's comment, I'm not willing to dip my toes in to experiment, borking my account to test if LindeX is borked is above the call of duty I think.

Reporting via the feeds that LL provide on the other hand, is unchanged for 23 hours now, totally flat. There's something serious going on behind the scenes, but no way to work out what it is.

7. logged on for the first time today, and have noted that the "recent posts" list in the lower left of the login window isn't even showing the latest blog post about the in world transactions.

8. @ Eloise: just been back after the required "wait one hour" and my account is still borked :(

Reporting is useless -- there's no one home... LL should just shut the grid down over the weekends if this is the best they can do for their global customers.

PS: this is the first time I've bitched about LL on a forum since I came here in 2005 which says it all for me
