DeltaPHC has created a new .Net-powered lightweight client for SL called SLeek, which runs on Windows XP and VIsta. From the site: "It allows you to perform basic in-world tasks such as chatting, IM, viewing Inventory, viewing Profiles, and more. It can be useful especially for lower-power computers, or if you only need the basic functionality of SL at the moment."Which I suppose means that you can't actually walk around in SL proper. Has anyone tried this? Is this something that sounds useful? A decent companion to Katherine Berry's AjaxSL?
(Thanks, CT!)

1. wasn't this the project from at least one of the guys over at libsl?
