Hughby Looby photographic exhibition to open Dynamo Gallery

Hughby Looby is the avatar of a RL photographer, doing his first exhibition in Second Life, and the inaugural exhibition at the newly opened Dynamo Gallery. The exhibition is a collection of black and white "Street Images", mostly from Hungary and Cuba that he took between commissions. All the pieces are for sale (L$450) with a share of the proceeds going to PURE, the carbon-offset company.

Hughby feels black and white photographs enhance the dialogue between artist and viewer because:

"The artist should never give away the whole story. The viewer should be able to utilize their own imagination and thus take part in the dialogue. Black and white leaves a lot for the viewer to imagine for themself."

There are three public "opening" times with parties, musicians and the like, Saturday at 11am, Sunday at 1am and 11am (all times SL Time) and the exhibition will run for about 3 months.
