You may remember the hooplah about 18.0/18.1, and freeing us from so many compulsory downtime periods and shorter downtime... You may not of course...
Although it's hard to believe, we're having the first official downtime since then, and it's only 2 hours, followed by rolling restarts. Of course one downtime does not a pattern make, but it's certainly different! Let's hope it's smooth as well, although it is a Wednesday downtime, so old timers might chuckle rather hollowly at the prospect of a smooth Wednesday, even when there ISN'T downtime.
