I normally don't report on this sort of post, but this one was just so weird I couldn't let it pass. Okay, so Singapore now has a presence in SL; good for them. The article goes on to say that these are the "interesting" things to do in Singapore:1. Shopping
2. Go on a food binge?
3. Night Safari
4. Sentosa Resort Island
5. Eat durians!?
Why the quotation marks around 'interesting'? Why the question marks in items 2 and 5? Has this guy actually spent any time in SL? Are these really the interesting things to do in Singapore? And is it just me, or does this article feel more like someone's personal blog than something that should be attached to cNet? Being the guy I am, I'll allow that maybe I'm just whingeing because I'm not at SLCC right now, but you guys will set me straight, won't you?

1. Some pople are bored in second life. Some prople are bored in their first lives too. That is ok, their problem. If some place offers nothing interesting to the individual, that might mean it is a boring place. Or it is a boring individual.
