Following on from the changes to the key metrics page (Where are August's Key Metrics btw Meta?), there is now a page that shows % of time lost to planned and unplanned outages of service. No details of what they are precisely, but you can see what the downtime is at least, and the blog post promises more to come.Who'd have guessed... August was a terrible month with about 2.8% downtime, and about 2.0% of that total unplanned!












1. 21 hours down in August give or take. If we work on say 37,000 people online we get 777,000 lost SL hours - about 88.7 years.
