1. hmm well i only have one thing to say to the linden to resident communications. see i share a computer with 4 people. someone was griefing and got banned. but they banned my account too saying it was alt abuse. but they went a little far. they hashbanned my computer saying in the email 14day ban but now i have no access to the SL website. im also an estate owner. and with tier due in a day and my ban is still for another week or so. i wont be able to pay. its funny really cause when i tried to log in to sell my lindens to pay for the island it says my password is bad and i need to call this number. so i called. they said it was a concierge problem call them. so i called. concierge lindens. belinda and ethan and others simply say you know what malachi we cannot and will not help you with this. its up to governance. ok well tell me how to handle it...submit a support ticket. great thanks. i submit a ticket. within the hour its closed with no response. i reopen it and its closed. i submit a new ticket. its closed. hmmmm i think the lindens are refusing to talk to me. so i call concierge again. and i get this amazing linden kosmo. he says yeah i can help you all you need to do is submit a ticket to have your wife take the payment responsibilities of hte island. great we both submit our tickets. and within an hour they are close. and my wife recieves an im from kosmo saying my superior said we are not allowed to help you. so i can pay you 300us dollars and be a concierge client. but you are not allowed to talk to me or help me with concierge problems. hmmmm great. so what do i do. concierge wont talk. password recovery wont talk. and the governance team wont respond to the emails or support tickets. great. what are we suppose to do. lindenlab to resident communications dont exist for me. why is that. my money is good enough to take. but doesnt buy me the same rights as everyone else. double standards. yay.
