I'm going fashion crazy today, but I can't help it! Shai Delacroix passed me an invite to a Date a Designer Auction put on by her Relay For Life teams, Shopaholics for a Cause and Shopaholics for a Cure. The event takes place on Saturday, April 7^th, at 12pm PST on the Nuka Hiva sim. The attire for the event is luau, so bring your leis! Ten high-profile designers will be auctioned off, with all proceeds going to Relay For Life. You own their products, but now you can own them for a couple of hours!

Second Style is a very well-produced, graphically-rich fashion/lifestyle magazine, available both in-world and on their website. HeatherDawn Cohen, Second Style's Director of Advertising, graciously gave me some of her time to talk about what she does, how the magazine is created, and a little about herself. SLI: So, when did you start working for the magazine?

heatherdawncohen: I started working on it when it started in April. Josie had this great idea to start a magazine and I encouraged her to do it. She finally talked me into helping her do it.

SLI: And what are your primary duties there?

heatherdawncohen: I'm the Director of Advertising. Basically I do ALL the advertising for the magazine as far as the ads in the magazine go and the outside advertising we do. I also do other minor things that other people need help with.
